We encourage competition and welcome bids from new and established suppliers. Contracts are awarded on the basis of value for money and although NESSP cannot discriminate in favour of local companies, it is committed to encouraging and supporting local suppliers to compete for business.

We are fair, non-discriminatory, honest and professional in the way we select suppliers and award contracts. Suppliers can benefit from working with nationally recognised colleges that pay promptly and in line with national standards and agreed contract terms.

In order to save time and administration costs for suppliers, our e-tender system enables suppliers to view contract opportunities, register an interest in a contract and receive and submit tenders online.

Registration is FREE and only takes a few minutes. When complete, you will be able to Express Interest in any of NESSP’s open tender opportunities when available. The partner colleges will be able to access your details whenever they have a requirement too for goods/services and you may then be invited to tender or quote for work.
